If you have not already heard, Autodesk are moving to a subscription only platform. While this change is new for some, it is exciting for those who want to be on the bleeding edge of technology and need flexible licencing.
Probably the biggest benefit I see is how much development and new features are being put into the product. Inventor 2015 was pretty good, 2016 was an amazing release, with R2 and R3 releases adding more features that were slated for 2017, and there’s more new features in 2017 that keep pushing the boundaries of technology to make sure you are getting your Desktop Subscriptions moneys worth with not only value but industry leading technology and services.
